When you register with WV STARS as a Career Pathway Participant, you are assigned a Career Pathway Level based on your education and experience. When you have completed enough training/gained enough experience to advance your Career Pathway Level, you are invited to do so at any time! You do not need to wait until your Career Pathway Certificate is about to expire to submit your Level Advancement documentation.

The link below will walk you through the process. Be sure to have your documentation in a digital format to submit with the Level Advancement Form. If you are unsure what the criteria for each Career Pathway Level is, please check the Professionals page of www.wvstars.org.
