Overview
Raising resilient kids in today's wild world can be tough.  We hear it all the time: "Kids today are soft." But resilience isn't built by pressure, punishment, or pushing harder-it's built by helping kids carry what they're developmentally ready for, and not more.
In this powerful and relatable keynote, Mister Stu reframes resilience through the lens of capacity, responsibility, and support. Using humor, real-life stories, and practical strategies, he explores why kids struggle with confidence and perseverance-and what actually helps them grow.  Attendees leave with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a clearer understanding of how to raise kids who don't just survive challenges-but learn from them. This is a face-to-face training.
